The guarantee for tens of years of the operation of photovoltaic systems depends not only on the quality of the parts used, but also on the quality of the workmanship on the construction site.

Modern photovoltaic parks stretch over many hectares, and both the operation of the system and the safety of its operation over time depend on the quality of the protection of the direct current cables, which stretch over this entire surface. Their exposure to solar radiation and the weather for the above-ground part of the installation must be avoided by mounting them in quality, UV-resistant flexible tubes. The connections between the panel tables must be buried underground, where the dangers come from rodents, and especially from repeated periods of freezing and thawing. For the best possible infrastructure, which does not allow the wear of the solar cables used in the DC system, we propose a standardized protection system, which ensures not only the highest quality of execution, but also a reduced installation time! This system is composed of EXTRO Flex D40 tubes together with the related D40 couplings. Used together with o-ring sealing gaskets, they can also provide protection class IP65.
